   The fried rice was burnt. Out of 5, a 1. The food is not fresh, pretty bad. Tastes like kerosene. Poor quality this time. Pretty disgusting. Not worth what I paid. Update: I will never buy from these people again, rip off and a dirty establishment, food was cold and they left out the vermicelli !! The ingredients, beef, was slimy and smelt of the first warning smells of it being spoilt, off. I called Great Tongs Glen Innes and yeah, he acted dumb like he couldn't understand me.

   Better than expected. Was shopping next door at Mad Butcher and popped in to grab a quick bite. Service was top tier. Lamb and cabbage is so good. Hot chips as well.

   The food was great at first but the second time it felt old, i couldn't eat it all due to stomach cramps.pork dry and chewy, the vegetables felt mixed with the old. They had soo much food in the smorgasbord sitting there i wonder what they do if they dont sell it all.

   The staff is decent they’re fine but the food is never fresh and taste like it’s been sitting there for days ordered the sweet and sour pork and idk what I bit into but tasted so funky and was squishy.

   I’ve noticed the changes the new owners has made to the store; the atmosphere of the store is much nicer, cleaner and tidier. especially the customer service there. Fantastic work! Food is also improved.

   The chicken nibbles are awesome! But the Battered Fish were terrible. Overcooked, oily & the batter is incredibly thick. Fish needs to be fresh & a thinner batter for future reference. I bought dinner for my family & no one finished their pieces of fish, I was really disappointed. Giving 3 stars because of the chicken nibbles.

   Very very extremely rude staff especially the old fat lady, every time I go there they are rude particularly towards the Pacific island customers. Bad customer service they act like they don't want customers at all. Never supporting that business. When I went to pay for my order she didn't look at me but shouted at me "9 dollar!" while she looks at her phone and I was just infront of her face. Sometimes I wish that place would shut down tbh or change the management. The hygiene standards are very questionable and I will be reporting them for not using gloves while handling food. No wonder why people get sick after eating their food.
