If you want your animals to be abused and lost this is a great place. My grandparents put there cat in this kennel for a few days and then was told the cat was lost. Then 18 months later the cat was finally revealed to still be at the kennel but ignored by the workers. They eventually brought it to the vet and now the cat is safe home but has severe wounds around the neck/torso area. Thanks for a terrible memory for my family and hope you get shut down for your actions.

I do not understand how a business can be run under the guise of caring for cats and dogs when they did not care for my family cat and he was lost, then returned to us over a year later with serious injuries which have led to an amputated toe. Our sweet Felix was neglected and ignored, we were told he was lost but he was always at the property, the owner just didn’t care enough to realise it. Heartbreaking and disappointing.

Disgusted to find that after Jack “lost” our cat eighteens months ago while he was in Brookdale’s supposed care - it turns out that Felix has been around the cattery and that Jack has been feeding him! We only got him back after Felix was seriously hurt and after substandard treatment by Jack a kind person took Felix to the vet. They saw he was chipped and contacted us. We are so distressed that our lovely friendly cat has been so badly treated by a supposed cattery. Stay away from this place if you want your pet kept safe.

We think this is Jess’ fourth visit. The online booking was easy. We really appreciate your services! Our pet dog, Jess stayed over a week. She was anxious initially but we knew the staff would look after Jess. The staff were friendly and accommodated our schedule. Highly recommend the kennel!

We cannot say enough good things about the service and care we've had over the years at Brookdale. We have had them taking care of our dogs over the last 10 years + and every time our dogs get near, tails start wagging, and when they see Jack, they rush to say hello, and we are forgotten all about. They love going there. We picked up Bailey this morning after a week, and she came to say Hi, and then rushed back to Jack for pats and to say goodbye. BEST KENNEL EVER !!!!!!!!!!
