    Really friendly staff, im plant based and they helped walk me through which menu items are already plant based, and which can be accommodated. Theres loads more variety than available on the menu boards if you ask! Order was completed very quickly, a touch many fish n chips places tend not to focus on now-a-days. Classic kiwi vibes with a lovely calm atmosphere. Perfect spot to drive up on a sunny afternoon with loads of parks and outdoor areas neaeby to go set up a picnic at

    Ordered take-away for Tamariki new year; saw the good reviews and thought it would be really good. Bought what’s r commended in the review- lemon chicken on rice and sweet sour pork , plus fish and chips. All of the food was just ok, or even not as good to my preference. I guess this is the preference of the local neighborhood but probably not for real Chinese food. Anyway, the portion is huge and food was made quickly.

    Had takeaways on Friday night - lemon chicken on fried rice (in bowl) and sweet & sour pork. We really enjoyed both - couldn’t pick a fave. Pricing is standard for takeaways these days (in terms of fried rice, chow mein, curry etc options). There’s a 2-sided takeaway menu - I’ve attached photos. They also do toasties, burgers, fish & chips etc. We will definitely frequent this takeaways shop again.

    I found out about this place cause a person told me they drive 45 minutes to get their Chinese so it must be AMAZING and it is... If I'm in the Area I go here... I get the Combination Fried Rice... So tasty and fresh and big portions...(P.S-i add Mayo, so not usually white and creamy)
