   Stopped by after a shop at the warehouse - was surprised the place was still opened as it was 6:30pm. We decided to dine in and have our dinner - I had Wonton soup which was delicious for this cold night. Kids had hot chips, wontons and Bahn mi. Nice for a night out and quick dinner stop. I like that it closes at 8pm during week days.

   I was pleasantly surprised with the food here. The big breakfast was so good. Usually when I see ciabatta on the menu it’s always hard to cut but omg this was the best, so buttery and so soft! The cabinet food was also great, classic NZ cream donut. I will be going back :)

   Really love the Hue Style Beef Noodle Soup. The place has picked up over the most recent years, and they have recently renovated the interior, so the aesthetic is nice. Nice range of dishes too.

   Just had Mother's Day dinner here with my little family and my mum and really love the place. Atmosphere is very welcoming, warm and service was great. I ordered the Steak meal with fries and salad, can't go wrong with a greatly cooked steak. Had the deep fried wonton's, immaculate taste. Staff were so friendly. Thank you Sugarloaf for a great evening and amazing meals Happy Mother's Day 2023

   Vietnamese restaurant mixed with kiwi breakfast and coffee, located in the Takanini Town Centre, next to the Warehouse. Came here for lunch, lots of people and busy staffs, friendly enough but don't have time to clean the tables. Or just taking away the leftover dishes. Food is okay, order a traditional rice noodle soup with beef, costs $19 which I guess it's okay in this busy hub. The noodles were however all breaking into pieces, not easy to eat. Overall experience okay, but probably wouldn't come back here as it's not so special. Free parkings in the hub so good for quick bite.

   Came here yesterday for the first time. Have seen alot of negative reviews but wanted to give it a try for myself. We were pretty happy with majority of the food we ordered. Everything was fresh and hot. I reallt enjoyed my pork vermicelli and the fried rice was a hit too. The only thing was the pork on rice was very plain and the crackle on top wasn't salted so tasted like nothing. Other then that we enjoyed our meals and the food came out pretty quick too.

   Food was really good and serving size was big. A dish might even be good for two people. We also ordered an Iced Mocha. It was delicious! Tasted like Wendy's Frosty! Yum! Loved the pho, too. Flavorful, clean-tasting broth.
