   The food quality is very poor. The taste does not resemble South Indian food at all. Your chef clearly lacks knowledge of how to prepare South Indian dishes. Every breakfast item was below standard. I recommend you try places like Biriyaniwala in Henderson or Idly Sambar in Kingsland to understand what proper South Indian breakfast should taste like. Extremely disappointed with the food.

   The experience was extremely disappointing. Me, my mum, and my sister went for the $17.99 breakfast buffet shown in this post, and almost everything was below basic standards. The food was extremely oily, the dosa tasted burnt and far too salty, and several items tasted old or reheated. The flavours were bland, the textures were unpleasant, and nothing felt fresh. The sambar was watery, the chutneys tasted off, and even simple items like idly and poori didn’t taste right. As soon as we left the shop, my sister threw up about three times. I also felt unwell afterwards, and based on how we felt, we believe something we ate didn’t agree with us. Overall, the buffet didn’t feel worth the $17.99 at all. It was a very bad experience for us, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it based on what we went through. Maybe that's the reason it was so quiet. I recommend that you rather go to a food court — you’ll likely get fresher and better-quality food for the same price.

   Very unfortunate but I have to write this review. Worst food and service ever. Ordered pesto pasta- look at the colour, when I asked staff she is saying that’s how it looks with pesto in it. It looks like kids pasta with so much colour and not even hint of pesto in it. Got it replaced with even worst, same pasta was washed and added some frozen veggies. No taste at all. Medu vada- hard, uncooked and taste less. Staff hygiene and attitude is terrible. It’s very concerning how this restaurant is even operating with this kind of hygiene level. MPI should look into this.

   One of the worst taste and service ever had. never order that prem masala dosa… its taste yukkk Hey I am editing this review after reviewing your wonderful reply towards my concern. First thing, check your camera regarding that i have asked the sambar after paying the whole order… Seriously how someone can be so liar that your staff was saying that i asked for sambar before i paid the bill. Omg seriously shame on you that before even check the camera you have just posted the wrong allegation on goggle to show up in front of people that you guys are honest. Let me come on the soup, I have also kindly asked to your staff that to give soup which is mentioned on your menu half $5.50 as we got confused as its described about half portion. As we ordered 3 things and my wife just want to taste a lil portion of soup which is mentioned on the menu. I actually got recommendation from someone and i want that yukk dosa to be take away to get him taste so that at-least from next time he don't recommend that place where our money is going to be waste. Even i asked to that staff lady before ordering that prem masala dosa and she said it comes with 4 chutneys and when its came to our table there is just one coconut chutney with it and all the sour chutneys is inside the dosa, even i told her that its bit sour and she haven’t got any response to get it change or anything to do for us. I came there to feed myself and my wife straight after the work and we end up eating our dinner at cooking in home because the food you have provided is not even to eat. Instead of showing up in front of people in google, kindly trained your staff and manage your big size menu to be served in good ways. Seriously i was shocked to saw your reply as a owner.

   Had a great experience with Dosa Plaza Botany! We placed several big orders over the Navratri season, including one late order, and they accepted everything without any issues. The team was very accommodating, and the service was prompt and reliable throughout. Food was consistently fresh, delicious, and well-packed. Really appreciate the professionalism and customer-focused approach. Ordered Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles, Butter Paneer, Veg Manuchurian, Veg Korma and Garlic Naan — everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were well-balanced, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The butter paneer was rich and creamy, and the noodles and rice were perfectly cooked. Really impressed with the prompt service and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended for both taste and reliability. Appreciate the excellent service and quick turnaround. Thanks Miki and team.

   Dosa took a long time to arrive and potatoes was just a thin layer on the inside of the dosa. Tandoori Momos were tasty. There were no soap in the toilets and the waitress just said she will fill it later and only did it straight away when I insusted I need to wash my hands. There was a small piece of plastic in my husband's mango Lassi. Service was poor.

   Not recommended. Took ages to get food which had raw onions and mysore masala dosa filled with tomato ketchup and mint chutney. Also, didn’t know chef garnishes the rice with their hair on it.

   Terrible food, stale and super dry and staff that didnt care. Never ordering again. $24 for one box that’s gone straight into the rubbish bin. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money.

   I came in and the place was quite so I thought it would be lovely to have some hot south indian food to take away. I was not greeted and had to scramble to find a menu on one of the tables. I had a couple of questions about what I was wanting to order and to pick between some items. I waited for about 5 minutes while the staff spoke to each other in front of me. The lady at the counter was clearly frustrated at something that was happening on her screen. And although I was standing directly in front of her, I was not acknowledged. After a few minutes I looked at her for a while until she finally made eye contact and said 'can you wait?' in a rather rude and aggressive tone. I left. Unfortunately I don't think I would've received this treatment if I was white man or woman but because I am Indian this seems acceptable. Had she have acknowledged me right away and asked me kindly/politely, I would've been happy to wait. I understand what it takes in such an environment but it doesn't take much to be nice. I won't be stepping foot back here and will defer any friends and family too.
