Absolute shit! Order hot chips and nuggets Nuggets were just heated up in the microwave and were rock hard Took the meal back no apology or anything the lady there just looked ... Lack customer service or even basic cooking skills Would not recommend this place
I haven't rated the food as after waiting for 40 minutes and constantly being told 5 more minutes I requested my money back. The lady lacked empathy and implied I was somehow to blame. I had other customers apologise to me for them getting food before me but no such apology from Tumeric. Would not recommend and certainly won't be returning.
Waited 50 minutes for food that wasn’t even cooked properly tried asking for a refund and she completely ignored my request and gave attitude along with trying to give me the food I had been waiting for 50 minutes as she tried to give the food she microwaved the butter chicken and when I refused to accept the food and wanted to get my refund she continued to put her fingers in the food and gave me a whole heap of 50c coins because of how many people wanted refunds. In my opinion yous should be shut down with your poor customer service and microwaved food
Sadly, this has to be the WORST butter chicken i've had in my entire life. The chicken was BONE DRY... the butter chicken sauce was sickeningly sweet like an entire bag of sugar was used. Annoyed that I spent my hard earned money here. I'll never eat here EVER AGAIN
