The food and customer service are good. We waited about 20 minutes since it was quite crowded. However, the prices are a bit expensive, and there’s an additional 2.5% card surcharge, which is disappointing.

Really yummy food ! And we liked the service model where you ordered on your phone whenever you are ready. Even with the automated service , the staff was attentive and around. We even had a rocky table and they found some wood to place underneath one of the legs for us without even asking!

Tried the almond krunch and spicy Korean army soup. The almond krunch was crispy, tasty, and paired perfectly with the mayo & sweet chilli sauce. Ordered the soup mild spicy—it came in a big portion and was warm and comforting, though it had quite a lot of sausage compared to other ingredients.

I love this place! I was in Auckland for a 3 week time period and visited this restaurant on three different occasions. The staff is nice and the food comes to the table in a timely manner. The yogurt soju cocktail is a great option to share with friends. The King's Katsu menu item was my personal favorite and is great with either sauce option. It is also in a very good location in the CBD of Auckland and offers a place to eat during a day of exploring the city. Highly recommend it.

Pocha is the go to spot! Definitely a great spot thats pumping in the evenings. not only do the provide good vibes they also provide really good food. Yes dishes can be a tad pricey but it was all worth it. I had Yukhue there for the first time and can definitely say its blew my mind. too bad all the chicken was sold out on the night but i will 100% be back.

They were knowledgeable about the menu and even provided recommendations based on our preferences. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. In conclusion, Pocha is a gem of a Korean restaurant that not only serves excellent food but also provides outstanding customer service. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and delightful Korean dining experience.

Some of the best most well known Korean fried chicken in Auckland. Great outdoor seating. Can't recommend enough.
