   We ate here when I was unhealthy and loved it, but I stopped eating out for years because it was killing my health. The last several years I went strict science based plant based whole foods, and we've managed to learn how to eat out as well with strict requirements. Today we came back just to see what would happen and when we asked for no dairy, no eggs, no salt, no sugar, no milk or cream in the food, they delivered to our shock! Most restaurants are unwilling to do this and this guy's made our night. I had zero nasty full heart attack feelings as I normal get whem those ingredients are in the food. I enjoyed the clean blander tastes of the food as I asked for because my taste buds have now changed to enjoy it in full and what a wonderful experience it was. I wish all restaurants offered a healthy option or willingness to meet our needs like this (even if only partially able to, every bit helps) and these guys went well out of thwir way to deliver what we asked. Thank you to the staff amd chef for meeting our needs! Highly recommended to anyone both foodies and health based hunters alike. The businesses who do this will be running the show 10 years from now, so know these guys will work with what your needs are to have in your pocket anytime you dont want to cook at home!    If you’re looking for a true Indian tandoor experience, this restaurant absolutely nails it. The food tastes like something you’d get straight from a family kitchen back home. Their garlic naan was out of this world — soft, pillowy, brushed with just the right amount of butter, and bursting with fresh garlic flavor. Staff and owner is treating familiar and create good or comfort atmosphere. Curry is very delicious and presentation is too good and hygiene manage timely. That one is my good choice for food ever.

   Ordered a chicken momo and found an insect foot on the side of my plate. Informed the staff and I was told it was from the veggies underneath the momo then he removed the insect foot from my plate. Their chicken momo has green peas and corn in it (very unusual from the authentic ones that I have tried before). It tasted like a ready-made store-bought dumpling. Will never eat here again.

   I love this place every time. The food is delicious. I’m a student and rarely get to visit Auckland. I need to make a habit of coming here any time I’m visiting my family. My only tip is to make sure you get a vege samosa with whatever you order. If you eat in, the sauce it comes with is delicious.

   I don’t do this often, but I was particularly disappointed in this meal. We ordered two curries and a garlic naan and found that the texture of the curries were extremely oily and watered down. There was hardly any flavour and serving my Rogan josh was like pouring water on rice. I’d like a refund if possible.

   I loved the chicken briyani. Am already thinking when can I go back for another briyani (: It’s a small shop with one staff handling front of house, so patience is required but the wait only makes the food tastes even better!
