   Unfortunately, very accurate comments regarding service throughout their reviews. I felt like an inconvenience to them for ordering. Forgot several things that I asked for even when I reminded them. Very little amount of tuna on the sub compared to other Subway restaurants.

   Terrible sandwich. I had toasted but chicken was still cold. Lettuce was brown and not enough dressing. Hope I don't get food poisoning!! I Will never eat there again

   Fantastic service from the gig with the awesome moustache. After totally exhausting long-haul flights from Vietnam back to NZ, I bought a foot long veggie subway. The veggie food on the plane was dire! So I was really looking forward to this sandwich. Unfortunately half way through I dropped half on the floor. The staff member gave me a replacement half - what a fantastic gesture. All the people around me also thought that this was a great gesture. This team member made my day.

   I ordered vege patty and girl was preparing ham.. she just started with my order as well.. i asked her to change the gloves but she only changed from one hand not from other. It was very disappointing and unhygienic. You can not use the same gloves to serve the other requirements customer… when i asked the girl to change the gloves… she was staring at me as i said something wrong to her…. Very poor customer service and very poor hygiene….

   Terrible customer service Was told to come after 15 minutes as the staff said she is on a break . No signs put up . Restaurant looked open

   What a complete disaster of a business. Today asked to place order and was told the shop is closed for 40mins while they full fill an online order. Few other occasions I have stood there while the staff sit out the back. What a bizarre way to run a business!

   Absolutely terriable service, loud rap music coming from back room so could hardly hear the girl asking what I wanted. When I told her what veggies I wanted she obviously couldn’t hear me over the music so started putting veggies that I didn’t want on.

   Closed at 530 so all the staff could have 30min break at the busiest time of the evening, no focus on customers or the business.
