   I was served by Oliver and Toby. The food was so delicious 10/10. I came at 9:30pm and food tasted fresh, they made the order so fast. I am so full after this and I will definitely be coming back here.

   One of my favourite burger spots! We always order The Bastard Burger. it’s consistently delicious and juicy. Their kumara chips are a must, especially with the creamy aioli they come with. The staff are friendly too, especially the person at the counter. Overall, always a satisfying place to come back to!

   BurgerFuel has always been my favourite burger place. However, I was quite disappointed with my visit yesterday. I understand it can get busy, but the burgers and chips seemed pre-cooked — everything was very dry and cold. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly replaced the chips for us, but unfortunately, the sweet potato chips were still cold. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again anytime soon.

   Buy 1 get 1 deal has convinced me to not come back! Even at half price, I’d rather have my $8 back. Greens were turning black. 1 tiny red onion. 2 tiny tomatoes. Bacon amount was the only good thing here. Not really a deal if I’m getting less than half the burger I expect from paying full price.

   Came in with my husband, who is very tall. We both ordered, and got some kid's meals for our two little girls (they are both very tall.) Food was slow, and we saw lots of staff standing around. When our burgers came, the Thunderbird was still pink on the inside. Made us all very sick. Will not be coming back again. Called and spoke to the "manager" who told us we could "come back." Will NOT, NOT, NOT come back.

   Not too bad, but we prefer Burger Fuel Takapuna, as the burgers have more filling and you get more and crispier chips. This is our local, so it would be great if you could up your game! Cheers.

   Ordered at about 7:30 tonight and had a great meal! Got a double muscle with super crispy bacon. Chips where super hot. Great service from staff, who did a good job dealing with a rude customer.

   Just paid $21 for these chips and asked for extra gravy which i was charged. They swore there was extra gravy on these. I get home, open them, call and the "manager" tells me, hes the one that put the gravy on there's heaps so i need to stop lying.... Never again this is the 2nd time, stop lying to Customers and do better!
