   We came for a drink. The atmosphere was nice, but the staff was very rude. She put her feet up on the chair and said the table was reserved, even though there was no "reserved" sign and the staff didn't tell us anything from the beginning. If she has to work front of house, she should get some customer service training. Worst service unfortunately, would never come back here again.

   Food is alright, and it's a simple menu with good choices. Among the mains, I had tried the pork item, the vegetarian item and the chicken items in the past. All of them were alright. This time, I tried my luck with the lamb dish, and it was disappointing to see the minuscule quantity of meat in the dish. The cost of food is on the higher side, which is still fine, given the location and ambience. It's in a busy part of the town, so booking a table in advance is highly recommended.

   This place was quite busy, but we able to get a seat on a Friday night. Service was a little slow, but it was busy and when we got it, it was very friendly and professional. Food was tasty and the kids deal made the overall price pretty good. We had a small issue with one meal, but it was quickly sorted without drama. Great service.

   Amazing service and food, great spot for lunch. Despite being very busy on a friday afternoon, all staff members were attentive and friendly, food and drink was great and arrived quite quickly, well priced for the location. I would definitely return.

   From the moment you walk in Reign and Pour brings a solid upbeat and relaxed vibe. The staff are friendly and incredibly attentive. The food.... Oh my goodness, so good. I had the stuffed chicken which was so well balanced in terms of flavour profile. My partner had the steak and said "this is the best steak I've had in quite some time." To share we also grabbed the cauliflower bites which were perfectly salted and crispy. We'll be back for sure!

   Amazing! Best steak sandwich I have ever had! Definitely recommend. Great service, prompt, friendly and the food comes out really fast. We went twice whilst in Auckland and loved it.
