   I nailed it! I'm always happy when I make a good decision, and I made a great one coming here. Look at this food; is this something? Man, doesn't it make your eyeballs pop out and your mouth water, it tasted amazing as well. Hey I don't describe food well so you're going to have to just go there and try it yourself. And and this guy Shish who served me: he's engaging and accommodating and just a great guy to take care of you when you're here.

   We had such a delightful and unexpected experience happening into Devonport Indian Hub today. Everything was absolutely perfect in taste and presentation. We couldn't give higher marks for deliciousness; it was absolutely scrumptious. We have always defined good Indian food by London standards and today we found just as good of Indian food as we ever ate anywhere in Britain. Bravo.

   Absolutely loved the sizzling entree shared platter. It was just stunning and enjoyable for everyone seeing it arrive. I love Indian food and this is def one of the best places I have visited. Good portions, lots of flavor and spice we requested.

   We came to Devonport for a day trip and had a late lunch at Devonport Indian Hub. The staff greeted us warmly and even entertained our kids with snacks and balloons, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered the deal of 4 dishes for only $75, and it was great value as wecwere 4 adults with 2 kids. Their customer service is outstanding, and the team is very friendly. They even let our kids play around, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We loved the people here and highly recommend this place!

   Found this place by chance. They offer a $12.99 lunchtime special which we tried. The staff were delightful and the service very very good. The portion size was very large and delicious, worth way more than they are charging and as good as any Indian restaurant I’ve been too and way better than most. I cannot recommend this place enough, you won’t be disappointed.

   Called in here feeling like a nice curry as it was about 1 o'clock and the weather was beginning to get sulky again. They were offering a $12 lunch time special package of any choice of curry, with rice and a naan. I ordered, was shown to a table by the helpful and patient lady at reception. She brought a carafe of water and a glass very quickly to me. Very soon a very polite and friendly gentleman arrived with my lunch. In terms of presentation, and taste this was the nicest palak paneer with rice and naan I have experienced. This place is now my favourite lunch place in my favourite haunt in North Shore!

   I can’t believe how lucky we are to have this new Indian food (and more) restaurant in Devonport! We had takeaway three times and lunch once, so far. It’s been amazing every time. I love Dal Makhani and this is one of the best I’ve had. The Butter Chicken is so good too. Vegetable samosas are flaky and flavorful and the Naan is fantastic. Portions are huge, prices are very reasonable and the staff is great. My only wish is that they would add an “Indian Hot” option to the spice levels for those of us that like a lot of heat. We’ll be back soon!
