   High quality, prompt service from the team. Switched to them two years ago, and commute a fair distance just to get cut by them. Well worth it - Raf creates a welcoming, but professional environment with a good convo and laugh each visit. Always well looked after and leave the shop looking good.

   Rude owner. I complained halfway through about an instruction he didn't follow and he went berserk. LOL. Too much for customer service? I confronted him: "So I'm not allowed to make comments?" I won't suggest people to come here.

   The conversation was great, but overall, the service provided was nothing like I had asked. I mentioned I only wanted a tiny bit cut off the top, in which he did the opposite and cut large amount of hair off. He didn’t listen to the instructions, and rushed the overall cut. Was not what I wanted at all

   Just had the worst haircut of my life here. Full marks to the owner’s son for the effort but unfortunately, he’s not good enough for complicated cuts. Maybe straightforward cuts are fine for him. The owner tried to salvage by the end of it all, but the cut was done by then. Even after specific instructions that I don’t want my hair to be cut too short, that’s exactly what happened. Definitely not worth the money!
