   Booked a mens colouring, advertised on website as starting at $80. Once they started applying bleach, my technician said it will actually start from $170. Bleach had to be applied multiple times, because each time they did not go down to the root / scalp resulting in a weird two tone colour block and eventually after multiple requests they took bleach to scalp. The colourist said they've prepared a golden tone. I was confused because I showed them the darker toned hair picture (bottom right) for reference, and not really have strong hairdressing terminology, just showed the reference photo and said "make it like this". After the first round of toning, the colour was pretty much yellow, similar to the picture of hay (top right). When I looked upset and questioned the colour, two technicians went away to mix a second colour and more bleach and between the two of them, frantically applied more tone and bleach to the hair. I left the salon with the colour in the large picture (left), leaving with at least somewhat of a human hair colour, but no where near what I requested. This colour appointment took upwards of 3 hours and cost $290. I think they fail to listen and pretty much do what they want with your hair and overall have poor communication and customer service skills. I also strongly believe the salon is quite filthy, noting a hairbrush nearby was caked in multiple peoples hair. I would not go back and probably need to spend a fortune elsewhere to get this corrected.

   honestly not bad! For 380 it is a little pricey but if you’re willing to spend the money for a perm you should totally come here :), hair feels pretty healthy after the perm! I did want more dramatic waves but I am pretty happy with the result! Alan was amazing, definitely recommend ^^

   Won is the only hairstylist I truly trust! I had my hair cut by him 2 years ago and was always impressed. After moving far away, I tried other salons but none could match his skills. Today I went back, and he gave me the perfect haircut — exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. Totally worth the trip!

   The service was terrible!! After showing numbers of reference photos making it clear for what I wanted - keeping the length, layers, side bangs that were long and subtle. I lost about 3 inches of hair, my layers were choppy and they thinned out my hair without asking. My bangs were cut too short, super thick and uneven. I did asked for a side part but it looks more like a bowl cut. The partings of my bangs were big and uneven. Ive seen people have a wonderful experience with amazing outcomes but mine turn out terrible and the opposite of what I asked for! I wanted to cry on the spot. If you want a more grunge haircut this is the perfect place for you.

   I had hair cut and roots done. Both were done well and am happy with results however its a no frills salon. Tea offered in plastic cup, a head massage was provided but wasn't relaxing, I love my hair done well (which it was), but I also love the little things that turn a long appointment into a relaxing experience.

   Requested for a fade starting with number one and the lady straight up shaved my sides from bottom to top. The front was also too short. Didn't say anything as she has already chopped a huge chunk of my hair off. Gave 4 stars because she was nice and didn't wanna pull down your ratings. But the hair dresser definitely needs to be trained.

   Recently got my hair cut here and was so happy with my experience. Went in to get a short cut and style with the wash and was paired with a nice lady (I believe it was Judy but not completely sure) who seemed to know what she was doing. Stylists spoke fluent English and heard them talking to other clients in Korean as well. My stylist was very sweet and patient, we waited for one of the two stylists at the back to finish washing other clients hair then eventually she decided to cut my hair simply so as to not waste time. She cut it a little longer than my reference and I already thought it looked great, then she washed my hair gently and thoroughly before guiding me back to my chair. She cut my hair shorter and asked me if I was happy with the length multiple times, I appreciated the reassurance. When she finished she asked me if I was happy with it and I asked her to cut it shorter which she kindly obliged. She made it almost exactly like my reference so I was very grateful. Everyone was very helpful and nice, very experienced stylists and affordable place. 10/10 would recommend this place especially for Asian hair/ styles.
