   Definitely recommend Adam! I came in with a new client package and he was so friendly and helpful. He suggested a different treatment that ended up being much better for my hair, and I left feeling absolutely amazing with my new haircut (which I was definitely overdue for). I couldn't stop touching it – it was so soft! In love! The entire team made me feel very welcome. After struggling to find a permanent hairdresser, I've finally found my go-to! I'll definitely be back. Wishing the Vivo team a lovely Christmas!

   I absolutely love the service at the salon! Everyone is lovely, charismatic, and polite, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Ellie has been with me every step of the way on my hair journey. I’ve always struggled to find someone who truly understands my hair and my vision, but Ellie is incredibly knowledgeable and always has the best ideas. I even followed her to her new spot here in Chancery because she’s that amazing! I recommend her wholeheartedly. P.S. If you're a Latina like me and are looking for a stylist who understands the high standards we are used to, ask for Ellie—she truly delivers!

   terrible experience don't go here, asked for lowlights and they dyed my hair almost black and left no blonde (my natural hair colour is a very light brown and my hair was platinum blonde at the time), and then still charged me the full price around $350!! terrible experience with Ildiko but they were nice enough. would not recommend.

   Always have the best hairdo experience! Idli is always lovely and does a perfect job with my hair! I’ve been coming here for more than a year now and I get the best service ever. All the staff are very helpful and lovely, and always welcoming. Love this place and the people!!

   Vivo in Chancery Square has always been my go to. I got to see Adam today and he was absolutely incredible. The colour was stunning , the blow dry and style came out immaculate even with all the crazy weather today. Definitely recommend, the whole salon is incredible and all the staff are wonderful and so kind, it’s like walking in and seeing an old friend and that’s what I’ve always loved about them. Thank you for making my day !

   After long research, booked with Vivo at Chancery. Feels so lucky that I got Jordon to do my hair. He welcomed with smile, and spent 3hrs on my look. The result is absolutely gorgeous. All staff been friendly and nice. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing....
