She is incredibly kind and truly passionate about hairstyling. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons in the city. She always takes care of me with such a warm heartβsometimes she even offers snacks if the styling takes a bit longer so I wonβt get hungry. Itβs such a thoughtful gesture, and Iβm really grateful for it. I think Iβve found the stylist I want to visit regularly from now on. Thank you so much for everything!
Best hair designer as I know. She's always cutting my hair over my expectations. She's so kind and her optimistic attitude makes me cheer up. I've recommended this shop all my friends and now I recommend to everyone.
She doesn't mind yelling at new customer's ear directly to scold that I couldn't find the place where is hidden in a supermarket. She forces new customer to book in a first call without giving a chance to review my own schedule. While boasting 30-yrs of experience, she made my hair just like a Lego. See how she replied below ridiculously. How can someone pretend not to comment and raise their voice at the same time? I had no chance to say things because she have yelled, cut my words, and keep scolding to a new customer. You guys can see her character from the comment below. You'll be treated like this only if you try booking an appointment with her. If I have yelled at you, you could call a police. You couldn't because I have never yelled at you. You should be the one to tell the truth. No reason can justify you to yell on a customer's ear directly. Shame on you.
I appreciate her kindness always. Reached the store last minute and she told me was fully booked but I have no choice have to wait till next week because of Monday was my only day off. And she willing to spend more time for me.
Had a haircut from here yesterday and it was one of the best risks I have ever taken. It was my first time going there and although there are so many good reviews, of course I was a little nervous but I still decided to trust the nice Korean lady. I am so glad I did. My trust wasnβt misplaced at all. She gave me the best haircut, made sure it suits my face, and copied the reference photo that I showed her very well. Sheβs very good at doing Korean hairstyles, so I 100% recommend her. Sheβs got 33 years of hairstyling experience and has been a hairstylist for that long. You wonβt regret coming to this hairsalon. Also, as if my review isnβt enough to convince you of how great she is, the price is cheap for such great quality haircut, hairstyles, and great service. I will always to back to her now.
We have been customer for the Prime Beauty Salon for more than 7 years. This beauty salon has given us good customer service with professional skills. Five stars are not good enough for the lovely lady.
