   I would like to say an enormous thank you to Nakaea, the store manager, for helping me find the most amazing pair of Skechers for my feet. I live in Hawkes Bay but I called Nakaea for advice as she had so wonderfully helped me in the past. Her dedication, personalised calls, professionalism and happy aptitude is unsurpassed 10/10. With kindness and knowledge Nakaea talked through with me, numerous of times over the phone, the new and different styles of Skechers. The Hawkes Bay store was contacted with two pairs suggested for me to try on Nakaea was bang on 100% with her choices. I bought the Glide-Step. I could not be happier! Thank you Nakea. You are absolutely a shining star and Newmarket are so lucky to have you in store. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Cheers Wendy.

   I stopped in at Skechers after leaving another store disappointed, and the difference in service was night and day. The sales clerk, Joyti was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. She quickly found the right pair of black school shoes, asked if I needed socks or anything else, and even walked me through the return policy. She went above and beyond in every way and made the entire process effortless. Joyti was a pleasure to deal with, and I left with exactly what I needed and a very positive experience.

   If there's an option for 0 stars I won't think twice while writing this review! I got 4 pairs of Skechers via online (got good discounts and my ORDER #SKXNZ000168611) but some mistakes happened when they shipped as they mixed the shoes with different sizes. So went to Skechers Newmarket while I was at the mall (11/11/22 at 10 AM) to change to different shoes. Lady at the shop (Asian with no customer care skills) Her response and I quote "This is not a clearance store and all the shoes are above $100" I wanted to say B**ch Pleez! but I said it's OK can we pay the difference. Her response like, yeah but it's gonna be expensive, maybe you should try ONLINE! My wife was fuming but I kept the smile on my face and said sure! and sign the refund receipts and walked away! The kid's shoe prices in the store today were $39 up but I got disgusted with her poor judgement towards customers. And that was pathetic! Maybe she should get trained in branches like St Lukes, Westgate where customers get welcomed with smile and sometimes go extra mile to help. What a chump in Westfield Newmarket!

   I have bought the skechers shoes from this store on 20/4/2021 at 4.15pm . The shoes I bought were faulty . I came in the store after 5 mins to return them and the store manager told me she can't return it because I wore them outside her store which isn't true. The manager over there is not providing her name to me and that was rude and a dodgy behavior. I will not shop from skechers again if they do not take return of their faulty made shoes .

   Love the brand, have three pairs now and bought one for my gf. But the next time I ask staff "how to clean these kind of shoes?" I would like to expect something more than "like any other shoes", looks like staff don't know what they are selling.

   Really poor customer service. I bought pair of shoes and being told by the staff that it comes with 6 months of warranty. Just in 2 months its sole gone flat, you can't even imagine to wear in a rainy day.. had start tearing up from the front.. Really disappointed the way they handled the issue..
