   Dr. Kylie Kim was really caring in how she prepared me and my family before our fur baby Louis passed on. She was very patient throughout the whole process and gave us time to process each step and only proceeded on my cue when I was ready. The whole experience was dignified and done with so much love, support and compassion. Being able to allow the procedure to be performed in our home where our darling pet was surrounded by family and in the comfort of his home was comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Kylie Kim from Sunset Vet Care and their services. Thank you Dr. Kylie Kim for everything you’ve done for us today with our Louis.

   Words cannot express the professional service provided by Kylie at a very emotional time for us. We knew our Rottweiler Chopper didn't have long as his health slowly deteriorated 12 months after his cancer diagnosis and Chemotherapy. To have Kylie come to our home we were able to farewell our friend in a dignified way in his own surroundings with his family and partner in crime by his side. Kylie made last minute changes at very short notice to put Chopper rest as his health deteriorated at a faster rate than we expected. She is a caring and reassuring person outlining every step of the way the process she was undertaking. We were given as much time as we needed to say our last farewells. A couldn't recommend a better person should you choose to farewell your pet at home.

   Having someone to come into your home and assist you with relieving the pain of your beloved best friend of 14 and a half years and taking them away from you is a huge decision, one that you need the 'right' person for. It can make or break the whole situation which is already precious, emotional and devastating enough but to have the 'wrong' person come and do it, would make things terrible. From the moment Kylie walked in I could sense her warmth and empathy. She was interested in Mutley's background, she treated him with respect, she treated my whole family environment with respect and was amazing with my daughter who really wanted to play with her medical 'toys'. Kylie was kind and gentle to my precious boy and respected everything about the situation. This was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make but Kylie made it that much easier and was definitely the right person for the job. I would highly recommend trusting this heartbreaking and memorable process to Kylie. I am so glad I went with her. Thank you for taking such beautiful care of my beloved boy during his last breaths.

   Sharing our last moments together at home is a very special memory for the family and I am glad we could all be there with Deefer at the end. It was much more personal being at home.
