Very professional service and a great result letting my apartment within 7 days of listing - and at the asking price. Would recommend. Result is pleasing in a pretty flat rental market at the moment. Note: The agency is under new management so some reviews may not reflect my positive experience.
The service was good and if there was an issue within the apartment, my property manager would get right on that and sort the issue as fast as possible. Angie Lowe especially was very sweet and assuring in making sure my stay was as cheap and comfortable as possible.
Angela Lowe has been incredible for my partner and I as being first time renters. At the beginning of our tenancy in 2024 with RayWhite we experienced a plethora of issues with our apartment and felt that our property manager was not hearing or addressing our needs. When Angie stepped in, every problem was resolved, professionally and promptly, she made us feel heard and constantly reassured us. While the beginning was a little rocky, Angies support is why we appreciate and hope to continue tenancy through Ray white. We are grateful to have built trust in our relationship with Angie and Raywhite and her continued efforts to support and promptly relieve any questions, or concerns that we have is deeply appreciated.
Rachel Dunn has been our property manager, and she had been a great help for us. She had particularly assisted us regarding our Bond refund when there was little hold up, she had personally followed up with the Tenancy services and got it sorted with no hassle for us. Appreciate your generous help.

DO NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! If there was 0 or minus available to rate them I would use it! Even 0 is super positive for what they do or better say don't do! Worse nightmare for a tenant! they mispresented the property I rented, ignored communication directed to them (calls to office/agents, emails, texts). Shocking negligence, sloppy work of the agency includes not filing the bond refund form. not following up on advised/agreed is a standard there! a month later I learned only from tenancy services my refund form was never submitet and I had to intervene to get sorted! All this damaged me financially and it caused so much stress. This office changes property managers like socks! In one month I dealt with 3+1 prop.managers which speaks for itself. The worse property management experience of a lifetime across continents and cities.
