Very Poor- you will find other reviews from the last 5 months the same. They just initiate cleaning services for properties they poorly maintained and charge you a hefty at the end of the term. It was not the same 3 years ago - but in the last one year the experience has been bad- with poor response rates and bad experience with the exit process.
Horrible experience with VCR. I should have read there reviews before renting from them. Harsh Modi who showed me apartment, backed out of his words when I was leaving apartment and Nicole the property manager they just charged me unfair fee for getting apartment professionally cleaned, while I did cleaning and left apartment in better shape then it was handed over to me. (Refrigerator from inside has moulds and balcony full of dust and so on) I did all cleaning myself when I moved in I even sent them pics on email for proof but they are worst people to deal with, never listen to feedback and keep arguing, and forced me to pay for cleaning. I wanted to go to tribunal for the unfair practices they do but I prefer to pay and save my time to deal with such people. I am amazed they are still in business even after treating so many customers the same way, beware guys if you want peace of mind just avoid them.
I was extremely pleased with my experience with Viaduct city rentals. I rented an apartment with them during the Christmas & New years break. Considering the time of the year, I was surprised that everything went to plan. Even during holidays, their Letting agent Harsh Modi was helpful in sorting out our move into the property. Highly recommend for prompt service and selection of properties.
Viaduct city rentals has stood out in one major aspect for me! That being the time taken to process documents and doing things quicker than any other property management company in Auckland! Its one of the best property management i came across for getting the document work while i was travelling back from my home country.The property documentation work was taken care by Harsh Modi who was one of the helpful person I met and he helped us a lot to get everything done quickly so that I and my partner could move as soon as possible in the property. Viaduct Harbour Rentals are the really worst people to deal with . Zero professionalism and worst service when it comes to Property . Specially Stacey Sewell she is best worst property manager we deal with . No phone calls , messages and email reply . Took nearly 3 months to give our bond refund after calling her and office for 100 times . End up calling Tenancy tribunal for our rights . Such a terrible experience. Not Recommended to anyone .
