I came with a clear and detailed video of the hairstyle I wanted, but unfortunately, Hazel chose to follow her own ideas instead. Thankfully, the result wasn’t terrible, but the entire haircut felt rushed and was finished in about 15 minutes. I originally wanted to book with Jun or Tony, as I saw many positive reviews about them, but their schedules didn’t match mine. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I had a great permanent straightening done and I am very happy about the results after a month. My hair was damaged before the treatment but they were very professional and caring and as a result, I had a great hair straightening after all. It was also the best price I found in central Auckland with no hidden cost. If I knew I d have done it before! Totally recommended!
Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone wanting half a decent haircut. The picture speaks for itself. Look at it and decide if you want something equally ugly to be done to your hair. Truly horrible haircut, and a refund ought to be given. I could have done a better job myself at home with zero skills. 0/5 stars. Do not come here.
