   Slow service and you don't get what you order. Paid for 3 piece meal with L&P and cookies & creme cheesecake as extra. Drink wasn't available and after I left I realised they'd swapped my dessert for chocolate mousse. Useless and dishonest.

   Really disappointed with the chicken. I ordered 2 pcs of Hot & Crispy Boneless. It was not fresh at all and I couldn’t eat it. Poor customer service

   All of the food we ordered was made ultra spicy for no reason, not just the Zinger burgers (which are usually a mild spice) but also just the regular chicken tenders and bbq chicken sliders which shouldnt have been spicy at all. Our kids couldn't even eat their food it was so hot. Won't be back.

   Great service and fresh food at KFC Royal Oak! The chicken was crispy and fresh as expected. The real standout was the customer service. They went the extra mile by giving us free chips during a short wait, which was much appreciated. Pavan, in particular, deserves recognition for his excellent service – he was attentive and made our visit better. Excellent job by the team, and I will absolutely be returning.

   Pathetic staff.. how tough is it to get the customer whats paid for. Got the zinger stacker meal. Customized the drumstick to a hot n spicy. Got a wing in original recipe. ORDER 85. So funny cos you wouldn't like it yourselves. Oh and the enthusiasm was first class from the back.

   Just like any other kfc ..sad part it hate the shelf serve machine to do your order. Out of 4 units only 1 would work...had the same issue in Rotorua. And only 1 person doing orders had taken 20 minutes to get it..would call it fast. For service. Its was nice and clean inside. Odd part so many people waiting for there orders 5 people plus me makes 6

   Every person in the restaurant was waiting 30+ minutes for their order. It was not busy at all maybe 6 people. Looked like everyone behind the counter was in slow motion, manager on duty couldn’t even solve any problems, they had to ask the rest of the staff. I didn’t get a spoon or my drink. I had to wait again to ask for my Fanta. Got a small plain popcorn chicken despite ordering a regular spicy popcorn chicken. My bbq slider was wrong. Not work $32 that’s for sure

   Really nice staff. Unfortunately the chicken wasn't the best but it may be the time I went. It was really quiet, so I think it was time to chuck the chicken, not serve it, and do a fresh batch? I have had good chicken there before, but it had been a while since I had been back. But the staff are really lovely.

   This was so bad from service to food. Chips piled up in warmer on top of chips in boxes. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Not right ingredients in burgers, burnt charcoal bacon. EVERTHING WAS COLD. LITERALLY CAME HOME & REHEATED IN AIR-FRYER. Customers were returning food when we left. I work in Customer service, this would not be acceptable at my job. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
