    I visited Subway Hillsborough today at around 5:40 PM and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff member named Anju showed very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I was honestly shocked by her attitude toward customers. This is not what I expect from a well-known brand like Subway. To the owner/management: Please have a proper look at how your staff are treating customers. Experiences like this can really push people away. To everyone reading this — take care when visiting this location. Hopefully, they improve soon.

    We ordered two rolls and the young lady behind the counter remembered us from previous visits and we had a brief chat - she did a great job with the rolls (hope the owner recognises her for this). We've always had positive experiences there.

    ⭐ 1/5 Very disappointed with my experience at Subway. The staff were unprofessional and the customer service was very poor. My food was not packed properly (photo attached), which made it a complete mess. Honestly feels like a waste of money. I expect better standards from a brand like Subway. Definitely not happy with this service.

    14/07 Dined in, had a meal. Went home. Got home an hour later, Forgot manbag. Called in, staff confirmed possession. Drove back to retrieve half my life in a bag. Now safely in my hands. Honest staff ✨ thank you team at Subway

    This had to be the best subway sandwiches in all the years I have been buying these. On our last visit on Wed 08/03, two young fellas made them with so much care, so tidy with no fillings all over the place,, tomatoes,, pickles all lined up neatly and also wrapped nicely too with great customer service. That's how service should be - Thankyou to these young boys. Satisfied Customer!!!

    The lady surviving behind the counter should not be in a client facing job, she is unfriendly and rude! You want us to be kind and respectful to your staff but it works both ways, your staff need to be kind and respectful to your customers! I was at your branch at 6:30 pm... suggestion put the female employee on customer service training!

    Bad loose wrapping resulted in half of sub dropped onto ground. Wrapping literally self destruct as soon as it leave the white bag.
