   Good food, bad service. Got my bagels in a normal amount of time but waited an extra 10mins and eventually had to ask for my iced latte. Their menu says iced coffee and when I ordered it, they got confused and said oh the iced latte. And when I asked for my iced coffee (my mistake for not saying the right name), the staff corrected me again. I don't care what you call it, but just change it on the menu to be consistent.

   Unclean tables, forgot our order completely and made us wait over 20mins. Never got an apology. Definitely not up to standard, messed with the start of my honeymoon. Go elsewhere! There are plenty of good food options around.

   Was excited to order a bagel as we have always been fans of this franchise. Came in at dinner time on Tuesday and the customer service was horrible. Both staff seemed like they are tired of working here. Super grumpy and not even a thank you. The bagels were only put through a grill, not fresh like before. Dont waste your money. Anywhere else is better.

   Was so dissatisfied with this, have had at the Newmarket shop and was amazing but don’t expect the same quality at Auckland airport. So stingy on the basil, cream cheese and was so tasteless!! $16 for bland toast, go to the dumpling place or sushi next door instead

   The cashier is not attentive and not good in this nature of business. Ordered loud and clear LARGE OAT CAPPA.. guess what? they almost never served me my coffee not until i followed up BUT WITH SMALL CAPPUCCINO and REGULAR MILK. Im surprised! this is not the BUB standards. I am a fan of BUB and really disappoints me. The management of this branch should be looking into this, as the staffs are damaging the reputation. I love the swiss melt tho.. one of my fave. But please do something about your staffs efficiency

   Absolutely the most disgusting service and coffee. They forgot my coffee and I had to go and ask then all the was said was show me your receipt then she made the wrong size. I said it was the wrong size. As I like a strong coffee. The coffee was not even drinkable. This lady who served me needs an absolute shake up on what customer service is. The young lady who took my order was friendly so that was the saving grace to a two star rating.

   Best ugly bagels is the best breakfast choice at the Auckland Airport. Yummy bagels with variety of choice for everyone taste, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. TAB is my absolute favourite one! Coffees are also delicious! Service nice and friendly and really efficient. Took no time to get our bagels despite the crowds.

   Do you remember when we met at Auckland Airport? You said that you can always rely on Good Joe. I trusted you, Joe. You were hanging out at Best Ugly Bagels. I was wearing a cowboy hat and I gave you my name and all the pennies in my pocket. Joe, why did you want to drown me in milk? Did you think that would disguise the bitter taste of your bean juice? It’s not your fault. Our flanks were exposed to the loudspeaker. The sunlight kept pummeling us from above and maybe you felt intimidated by your own vulnerability when I took you at your word. I shouldn’t hold it against you and I wouldn’t if you hadn’t claimed that you make a great cup of joe anywhere you are. Well Joe, I want to give you another chance. Here I am mate, can I rely on you?
