Always excellent, I've been going to chandhu's for more than 10 years and the food is always consistently very good and affordable. Better than most fancy indian restaurants I've been to. A must try if you are hungry and want fantastic value for money and good food. PS: The raw fish was amazing.
Good food,service and tasty food..Well done. Was craving for Fijian Indian Chinese food, loved it. BUT, I ordered chicken fry and veg chop suey and veg chow min..So even my veg dishes had chicken in it and I had bought the chicken dish for my son and veg dishes for my son..the rice cooked for fried rice was old and dry..Nit worth going all the way to have this shit food..I have come back to New Windsor where I live and now I will have to go hungry
Had Fijian food for the first time from this place, had my expectations exceeded!! Lamb Palau was soo good, will definitely be back.
This place was recommended to me by a friend in Auckland, when we were visiting Auckland. Amazing fiji style food we will definitely be stopping here every time we come up to Auckland. We ordered the sizzling lamb, chilli chicken,lamb chop suey and lamb fried rice It tasted so good. Definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants a good taste of fiji
We ordered vegetarian fried rice. And we got cooked chicken skin. When we called the manager of the store. He didn’t believe that we were telling the truth. This shit is ridiculous. How can you make vegetarian meals but find chicken skin in it.
The duck curry was bones only and barely any meat. However the lamb shank was ok. Honest feedback. There is huge room for improvement
Hopeless service and I ordered fry chicken with rice in they fry chicken they add fries(fry potatoes) who adds chips in fry chicken
Very disappointed with my 2 chicken palau I bought this afternoon. Only 3 pieces of dry chicken in it, it tasted like old reheated chicken that was just thrown inside the Palau and cooked together. So oily, will never buy from there again. Not the same as before. It was yuk.
One of the finest cuisines in Auckland to go to for true Fijian style dishes. Food is always good and fresh. I have always had the pleasure of the owner cook my meals. Highly recommended. They were even flexible with us to open early to prepare our food as we travelled down home to Wellington.
Best place in town. They always serve the food in a timely manner and do so with a smile. The food is phenomenal and well priced.
