   I took three of my kids there (aged 8-17) and we got 2 x Couples combos of chicken and chips. Absolutely delicious. The kids loved the range of sauces, my two youngest thoroughly enjoyed the honey soy, my eldest son the hot chilli, and I enjoyed the volcano. We ended up with a full pack leftover chicken so 1 couples combo + chips would have fed us (and extremely good value). Service was amazing, patient with people who had no idea, will be back again for sure.

   I went for their $30 buffet and I'm a bit divided. There was a lot of food options. The restaurant is much bigger than what it looks from the outside and I was pleasantly surprised by the big selection of food on their buffet. Although there was a lot of food choices, none of it was a stand out that I wanted to go back to it again and again. All the food was perfectly adequate, but not incredibly memorable. I was a bit disappointed by their chicken, which is supposed to be their speciality, given their name. The soy chicken was better, but quite sweet. I liked their coleslaw, kimchi, pickled veg, and sushi. It was fresh and tasty. There was a white soup which I couldn't identify, but was nice. The chef keeps bringing and filling the food, ensuring everything is fresh. There are four ice cream options for dessert. Will I recommend it? Yes. For $30 you're getting a lot of options and will definitely find something to like. Will I go again? Yes. But maybe not soon. I was very upset by another family who wasted so much food. The food they left behind was double than what I ate. It's just disgusting! People should be charged extra for wastage.

   Food was absolutely terrible. Chicken was so dry and looked like it came straight out from microwave and had hot sauce poured on it. Won’t be coming here again that’s for sure

   Ordered in person and waited 30-40mins for a simple order (500g chicken and chips). The food was delicious but I was irritated at the long wait time since I was the only person in the store the entire time. A few days later I made an order online and was given a pickup which was 20mins. I went to pick up my item at the exact time stated however the man behind the counter went to the kitchen and started making my food at that moment! I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my food. So all together it took 50 minutes to get a simple order of 1 500g chicken and 1 wedges. Really disappointing and terrible customer service. I’d be willing to try the other branches but I’m won’t be returning to Glen Eden!

   We purchased a combo deal with boneless honey soy and seasoned chicken nibbles. When we sat down to eat my husband noticed his chicken smelt weird so we opened up a few nibbles and noticed they were kind of pink/raw inside. I called the shop and was immediately offered a refund or replacement but found that when I arrived to get a refund there was no sign of concern that we were given undercooked chicken. I think this is something that should be taken seriously and was very underwhelmed for not receiving an apology as it was a waste of my time and petrol returning. While the other food we ordered was delicious this experience ruined that fact for sure.
