Emergency for my little dog on way to Christchurch but they wouldn't see him. Staff member was nice though
Had my little 6 kg Schoodle Winnie in today for a cut that needed looking at. The Vet was great. Very clear on the options to treat it. The process felt easy, well explained, and I felt my little girl got the best possible result! Thankyou!
Our cat has been seen by Dr Mari 3 times over the last 6 weeks. We found her very professional and compassionate making our visits very comfortable and stressless for all envolved. She gave us all options available, when we decided today to put our cat at rest. I was very impressed that she gave us the time with empathy. I would highly recommend this vetcare clinic. Wonderful, caring staff. My animals have always been incredibly well cared for, and the staff showed great compassion when my dog was diagnosed with meningitis. Highly recommended
Have been using Animates for about 7 years now for our Cat and Dog, both pets were very well cared for. Cat had to have surgery at one point and unfortunately our dog had to be put down :( the staff there are so lovely and kind and caring and genuinely love all of the animals that come through the doors.
Great care. But very expensive to have pet care when sick.
