   Will never go there again, they have just lost a long time customer. I spent $88 yesterday on a dog muzzle that my dog got off and broke in a few minutes. I took it back and asked if they could help me they said no. I suggested they sell one to me for cost price so they don’t lose out, they said no. The muzzle was not good quality and broke easily and they would do nothing to help me. The lady who served me yesterday was great and she was sympathetic today but she had to call the manager who just said it’s not our fault so no we won’t help you.

   The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We boarded our cat here for a week, and it seems like our cat loved the place and the staff. The cat boarding rooms are very spacious and the cats have plenty of space to go around. You can also have a special request if you want to have your cat roam outside of their room for a few hours a day and play with the toys around the boarding area or with the other cats.
