    Went to print photos and was told to come back in an hour. When I do so the shop is closed. and during the hour I was waiting I did not receive one text message informing me that my photos were ready or that they were closing. I had payed for the photos and needed them that night. They closed at 4pm which is not when they usually closed. I think they should have been kind enough to tell me that either my photos wouldn’t be ready in time or that they were closing earlier than usually and to not wait an hour.

    Went in for a simple A4 card print on a Sunday morning, store was empty but the young staff member was rude and did not appear to want to help us. We got what we needed but a smile or some enthusiasm would go a long way. Unfortunate.

    useless service. i went up to ask if i can print some pictures on 12 feb at around 6pm and some guy said you can help yourself at the kiosk and laughed at me to the girl next to him. won’t be coming here again. useless staff.

    Pathetic service at the counter.Self service machine was out of order.Asked the lady if she know when will it be fixed? she gave blunt reply that it’s down for a while.Asked her to check balance on my self service card guess what? She was unable to do that as well.Basically whole visit was such a waste of time.If manager is reading please get your machines fixed or atleast let customers know on official webpage that you no longer provide these services .

    Just wanna say that I have received very bad service in the warehouse stationary Ormiston. I got an email that my stuff is ready and then I went to pick it up there was a guy named Chris( that's what he said coz he had no name badge and he had curly hair ). He called a girl from the counter to look for my stuff. That girl checked everywhere more than twice but couldn't find anything. He didn't even explain anything or asked anything and said to the girl that she can ask me to come after 15 minutes. I already made a plan for something but I cancelled that and stayed there and after around 30 minutes I went back to the guy but again he couldn't find me and he took my order number and then he said it is for tomorrow he was showing me some other order then I mentioned that it is not my order number then he said he doesn't know anything about the order so all the time he was wasting my time. Rather than finding any solution, he said to come tomorrow. Then I asked for a manager after that he started looking for it and he found it on top of the machine.I took that and came home I found only seven photos out of 10. I went back to the store to pick up the other one but he said we are about to close and can't print it out now. I didn't get it all it should be printed already when I received the email. He said it is the system that sends emails automatically. he asked me to come back again tomorrow. Then I just took a refund for those 3 photos. I can't have another day with that kind of bad service.
