    Ladies working in small appliances department are so pathetic went there on 11/11/25 to get price match for dyson product( so that i could use there gimmick gift card which is only valid for 2 months) got refused and told they can't touch the dyson price. And the very next day same dyson product are on sale at harvey norman for same price. Ridiculous

    I tried to get a price match for a Logitech G203 that was advertised at another retailer for $46, but they refused to match it, saying the price was "too low." That completely defeats the purpose of a price match guarantee. What’s more frustrating is that both Noel Leeming and The Warehouse had no problem matching the exact same deal. The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t seem interested in helping and gave the impression they just couldn’t be bothered. Really disappointing experience I expected better customer service and consistency with their own price match policy.

    We had amazing service today from Callum at the Coastlands Store. We purchased a fridge, washing machine and dryer. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and obliging. The best service we've ever had when buying appliances and would 100% recommend him.

    Bought a blood pressure monitor, absolutely chewed through batteries. Took it back, 2 days later they acknowledged issue and offered a replacement or refund. As it's appeared a reputable brand, I accepted a replacement. Took it back 5 days later later, same issue. One week on, still waiting for a refund. Pathetic service!

    3 visits after my disabled brother locks himself out of his new ipad and each time I get sent away as there's no "technician" to do this, so try again another day, 10 days and counting. Understand it's retail but come on, not one other person in store can run a 2 minute factory reset on an ipad?

    My Bosch dishwasher broke and it had 1 month left of the Product Service Care. Kim from the branch was exceptional to deal with confirming that a new replacement dishwasher would be provided, even though the product was discontinued, she found me a good match, with same features. Arranged for the delivery with superb communication all the way through. Not only would I recommend this store, but this assistant Kim was extremely knowledgeable and the Product Care was well worth the investment! Thank you HN!! Highly recommended ;-)
