   I went in on Monday and had great service by the young lady who helped me. She was very patient, explained how each shoe will feel and what it means. I was given 4 choices. She suggested trying one different one on each foot so I was able to compare. It wasn’t hard to find one that worked well. I was very happy with the service and knowledge.

   First and last visit to the Store. went in to get a pair of shoes for my wife. explained and advised that she experiences a lot of pain in the right foot. went thru the process and was told within the 30 days they can provide a refund. 2 weeks into wearing of the shoes couple of times, my wife couldn't bare the pain with the shoes. went back to the store, the salesperson advised she can't provide a refund as she will get in trouble if she does. offered a credit and when i told her we will be back to square one, she didn't care. my advise to who ever walks into the store. don't buy. you better off paying a quarter of the price and get couple of random pairs of shoes. Were stuck with a $299 pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24. Waste of Time, Money and ongoing Unbearable pain. Also The Salesperson refused to give me a copy of the Invoice. Even after confirming all payment details. Not Happy. :( Edit, Still can’t get hold of the manager at the store. Called he was not in. Called again his day off. Left my name and phone number no call back. Pathetic customer service. Originally went into the store and how would they sort this mess out with knowing all the facts after leaving a review. Buyer beware.

   I do not recommend athlete’s foot as the pair I bought is not very durable. Even though they scan your feet and suggest a pair, there are high chances of it not being the perfect fit and might lead to normal wear and tear within the 5-6 months of purchase as per the store manager. There won’t be any returns or exchanges unless it happens within the 30 days of purchase.

   I ordered a pair of shoe on 7th Feb online, as I found a nice shoe for my size and fit, at a good sale. Next week, I called the Sylvia Park store to check status. I was told that one shoe of the pair is missing, so they have arranged a pair coming from another store, and they will let me know soon about the status. A week after this, I wanted to the store in Sylvia Park where I was supposed to pick the pair. The store knew the issue. They asked me to speak over phone with manager of another store who will explain the matter. That manager said he has one pair but one of the shoe is faulty so they offered refund. I requested that I would like a pair of shoe against the order, not a refund. They said they will cancel the order, and I could pick the shoe (Same shoe in other color) from another store at higher price (As sale is no longer available). This seems cheating to me. What a waste of time. Did anyone notice that they never contacted me in those two weeks proactively to apologise or explain the situation which is why I am very dissatisfied. This business as a whole need to reconsider their commitment to fulfil the orders.

   Just shopped at Athletes foot in sylvia park. Going in I had specifics for the types of shoe I wanted plus podiatrist advice. Clara there was very helpful and kind while also dealing with multiple customers at the same time. She had assessed my arch issues and gave the perfect shoe amongst the couple of options she presented. I hope she is valued, respected and also deserves a pay rise for her great customer service!
