Amongst other burger outfits in our city BF is a class above them by a margin. It's contents are packed full of taste and freshness and cooked to match their description on their displayed menu. And their PR with their service makes returning back there a sure thing.
Made an order online for pick up at 9:15 pm 2/7/24 . Ordered C,N Cheese and modifried no onions . We went in and were waiting inside . There was a young guy with coloured eyes came and told us to get up and move from the table because he wanted to wipe it down before closing at 10pm. We then moved and stood up waiting . He gave us the wrong order . Instead of CN cheese he gave us Mustang deli . And the chicken burger had unions . Went back and told him it’s not the right order and gave the Mustang burger back untouched .He got rude and said I can’t make u another one . I asked for refund and he refused . After going back and forth he gave me the money . As I was leaving they were making fun of me and harassing me and laughing out loud . Got home and couldn’t have the chicken burger because of the unions . Extremely disappointed. Such poor service.
I ordered a dinner on Friday around 5pm for a 7.15pm pick up. When I came in at 7.15 they said is not too far away. After 11 min of waiting and seeing 4 people to come in and pick up online orders I asked again where is my order. It was sitting the whole time on the shelve... obviously was cold. Good old Jville where I've never had any issues...
We visited for the first time ever today. Called to make a phone order and they were so nice on the phone. Changed the kids cheese burger to a vegetarian burger by putting a vegie patty in it. All people working there friendly. Highly recommend it.
Great: 6 minutes to get burger at busy lunchtime. WildHeart venison burger is rich and tasty but first one had TOO MUCH SALT. Burgerfuel has very good burgers but the stores lack consistency: staff can be jaded and terse; stores are often too noisy; and burgers get cooked and seasoned so differently.
Burger and kumara was ok. However, the service was good. Liked the ambience. Would like to visit again to try different ones.
Great customer service, and the juiciest, yummiest burger! So delicious that you won't feel guilty eating it. Kumara fries were a bit overcooked but still tasty.
Have always held a high affinity for BurgerFuel since it's inception, but the lust seems to have subsided. This being said, BF is still probably the best burger chain NZ has to offer. The Doofer is still, to this day, a very innovative product...
