   I specifically called to check if i can dine in the restaurant without being a member. I was told by staff over the phone that was no problem. When i arrived, i was told by a lady at the sign in counter it was members-only. When i advised I had called to check before coming there, the lady said 'probably new staff'. When i suggested they should let the new staff know about their policy, the reply was 'yup ill let them know'. no apology, no acknowledgment ive wasted time and petrol because of their error.

   Love the ambiance, vibe, and crowd. We went there for Rolling Stones tribute band called Brown Sugar. It was an evening filled with easy going, happy people just having a good time . The facility was clean, staff courteous. Definitely recommend!

   Love this place, the family and I are often at the Howick Club with friends, they have so many things to do and events are changing all the time. And the food is definitely up there with loads of choice and awesome buffets on certain days.

   I quite like this place. $25 smorgasbord special on Sunday nights. Mains last Sunday were beef, ham and fish pie plus lots more. Very nice passionfruit pavlova to follow as well as fruit and other treats. Oh, and first course soup. The place is noisy and there always seems to be too many children running around with very little parental control. The smorgasbord till has PayWave but the drinks bar does not. How crazy is that? It just makes the bar queue slower and longer.
