   Friendly staff, shame about the level of cleanliness. It would be great if they offered rotating menu/ food items, not much variety. Meets the need for convenience. Hospital food os rubbish, so there is potential for them to capitalise with pricing, variety & cleanliness. Even a survey of what food types would regular customers would like to see/ purchase.

   Good friendly service, it’s great to have a cafe so close to Hutt Hospital to come and clear your mind, they have good selection of ready made food in their front counter, they have a all day menu that they can cook up for you. They have great sitting area upstairs and downstairs.

   To pay $29 for over cooked poached eggs on dry toast, under cooked bacon and a raw hash brown served on a cold plate was not an enjoyable meal. Add to that, cold coffee and I will not be returning here for breakfast any time soon

   Fantastic freshly made food such a great variety including GF options in both savoury and sweet. Coffee was really really good. Loved the summer rolls. Consistently good over a week as visiting the hospital daily. Will definitely go back when in Lower Hutt next time.

   Great place, baby and I have been locals for years and love Twist. Good for mum's with 1-2 yrs olds to chill outside, have a coffee, some juice and baked beans for bub and a toastie and dumplings for you ;) Not expensive also helps! Very affordable for a lunch out.

   Small cafe with plenty of room around their 8 tables. Good selection food in cabinet and on menu. I had plain wedges, which arrived crispy and tasty.
