This place used to be my partnerβs regular pub when he was working nearby but I never been here until yesterday. I was impressed by their service and food. Chips are something very basic but I quite been disappointed by many other places but trust me they got really good chips served with both white and red sauce. The corn chips was very flavourful with the smashed avocado and edamame. Fried Chicken wings was spicy but we like it. Our mains were super tasty especially my lamb cutlets with smashed potatoes, smashed avocado and edamame, basil pesto. All these were very well balanced with each other. Staffs are very friendly and the girl was also patient to answer our questions when we took long time to order food. We will definitely come back!

Has a family dinner here. Went early as had kids, plenty of tables and prompt friendly service. There was a special with certain meals two for the price of one - great deal so would definitely check the specials. Good drink selection, free car parking and food was good as well.

I usually come here just for drinks, but this time I decided to try the dinner menu β and it didnβt disappoint! The steak was cooked perfectly and very juicy, paired nicely with crispy fries and a fresh salad. The lamb dish was also full of flavor, served with creamy mash and grilled veggies that balanced the richness really well. Portions were generous, presentation was great, and the atmosphere as always was warm and relaxed. Definitely worth coming not only for drinks, but also for a proper meal.

Great modern and clean interior in a good location. Squid and chicken appetizers were great however rest of food was average. Bacon over cooked in salad and Sunday was mostly cream. Staff were however super friendly and attentive. No issues with parking.

The Flying Moa is a great find. If we had not used First Table we would not have discovered this Mt Wellington local. The plates are large, maybe too big. However the tastes were great. We recommend the Fish and Chips and the Ribs (the small is huge). The Caramel Pork Bites were awesome! Parking right outside. Servers very friendly, we had a great chat and lovely evening.

Will change to 5 stars when you stop being cheap and fix your projector and other terrible TVβs. And $13 for a Heineken, yet you want me to pay more because Iβm paying with a credit card. Lower your prices, stop charging us to pay you, and fix your TVβs, and youβd probably be full tonight. Fish and chips were very average too.

I went there 45 minutes before closing and not many options were available. As I wasnβt starving, I didnβt bother. Ordered some fries and a mocktel of lemon. It came out fast thankfully and it tasted just fine. Overall service was good and staff friendly.

This place has lost a lot of love. I took friends from out of town to have some lunch and drinks. The food was pathetic, I could of got more meat on a $5 pizza from domino's. Staff member serving drinks had one arm in a cast whilst the other older staff member was more interested having a drink with friends at a table. The chicken was the only good thing here. Friends said they'd never come back.
