   How disappointing for a good shop to have such bad customer service ! We entered at 8.10 pm on 27/11 We wanted to buy a new few pairs The girl at the store was sooo rude, looked at us and rolled her eyes and went inside the store room and didn’t come out !! How disappointing!

   Yesterday, I got sold a pair of shoes. Now this is different from buying a pair of shoes from an order taker. I went into Mi Piaci shoes...wandering around and got pounced on "how can I help".....I declined the help and wanted to be left to wander. Finally settling on a pair to try on, I got the attention of the sales attendant Cyrelle and asked for a pair in my size. The amazing Cyrelle got the pair and another couple of boxes containing similar shoes that might be of interest in different heal heights. No I didn't buy the original pair of shoes, but yes I did purchase a far better pair from this amazing person who listened and identified what I was looking for, and found choices for me to consider, all without being prompted. Cyrelle has customer service skills that you don't often see these days and these skills created the desire to purchase. A win win. Her employers should be proud to have her on staff.

   Had an awesome time in store — tried on nearly every pair of shoes, and Isabella and Sarah were absolutely lovely. They made the whole experience fun and easy, and we had a proper laugh along the way. I originally went in looking for ankle boots but walked out with a gorgeous pair of knee-highs instead! Isabella also let me know I had a 20% off voucher in my account, which saved me more than the $70 in-store deal — super helpful! All around, a great experience with amazing customer service. Will definitely be back.

   Messed up my order and went to the Sylvia store at 5pm to sort it out. The beautiful young lady, Vedisha, and the absolute hero that is Keanu were super helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid at all for my blunder. They were so understanding & I’m very grateful to them both. Thank you guys !

   Just had an amazing in store experience at Sylvia Park branch! I was served by Keanu, who was attentive and extremely personable. The store had a good vibe, I was able to comfortable/relaxing browse. I bought two pairs of shoes and accessories, and Keanu was very helpful and knowledgable about the materials/finishes. He was also very genuine as well. I definitely love this branch of Mi Piaci the best. Thank you!

   Mi Piaci Sylvia Park has been my best Mi Piaci experience to date. The store was immaculate, the 3 staff members were all friendly and helpful. I was able to exchange a pair of shoes, hassel free, and signed up instore to get free shipping when purchasing online. Exceptional Customer Service! Great team!

   WORST customer service at Sylvia Park store. The assistant store manager was EXTREMELY rude, disrespecting and abusive over not just one but MULTIPLE visits. Feel sorry for the company to be giving such responsibility to one person and possibly experiencing multiple losses due to her misbehavior and terrible customer service. I have been a regular customer at the store since years and this disappointing service will definitely affect my future purchases at the store. Hoping this message reaches to everyone and they maintain distance from Sylvia Park store.

   Amazing retail experience from Georgia. I had had a disheartening morning at Sylvia Park looking for the right lifestyle shoes with other stores not even asking if they could help not even saying Hi. Last place I went and instant warmth and can do attitude. Tried on lots of styles and Georgia had good product knowledge prepared to go the mile for technical composition. Very grateful for help and very happy with my purchase.
