Went there for Mother’s Day brunch. Warm and friendly welcoming and atmosphere. Great service. Had the big breakfast. Very tasty and good sized portions. Others had French toast and the mince. Again, good portion and tasty. Nice coffee. Friendly waitress, made us feel welcome. Will go back again. Dog friendly too

Won't be coming back to this cafe!! Upon arrival, it appeared abandoned, we should have turned around & left at this point, but a guy appeared & said they were open. So we stayed & ordered coffees. He had to get someone else to make them. My mocha was so terrible it was barely drinkable! We were left alone for ages no one around apart from someone vacuuming next door. When our salads arrived, they were so heavily dressed with salad dressing that we wondered if they were trying to hide the limp lettuce. The staff barely said two words to us, very disappointed!! It could be nice as the grounds are lovely!

This one is a truly hidden gem! We finally stopped in, even though we live just up the road and drive by multiple times a day. Just had a coffee and some kumara fries - which were delicious. No cabinet food, but menu and daily specials looked all good! Sadly for business no other customers were there at that time, but everyone must be sleeping on this place! Man who served me was polite and kind! AMAZING outdoor space, especially for a busy toddler. Must recommend! And we will be back again soon!

They must have recently changed ownership because it’s certainly not worth the current rating! The owners/managers don’t seem to have any cafe experience and barely speak or understand English. Went for brunch at 10:30 Saturday and it looked abandoned with hardly any tables out and no food in the cabinet. Ordered coffees from the man but around 5 mins later the woman came to get our order and she didn’t know anything about the coffees and that we should order from her. A good 10+ minutes later we finally get our coffees and she got the order wrong! There were only 4 other people in the whole place so it was really ridiculous.
