Good food & coffee, however a smile, some eye contact or a response to "good morning" would go a long way. I would also highly recommend training the staff to wash their hands after emptying the rubbish bins.
Coffee is good but thw staff need to learn hospitality. Not a smile or a friendly greeting, very cold behavior with customers and not interested in any type of conversation or service.
