   It was OK. Quite disappointing to be honest. The spicy burger was good. Everything else was pretty average, or below. One packet of chips was good, the other was terrible. The skin tastes like nothing. Absolutely no flavour. Not good. Not bad. Just chicken. Skin is crunchy, and chicken is not dry, but not moist. They didn't have spicy wings, so I got a normal piece. I won't recommend and I won't be back either.

   For a first time experience here the quality of food was a complete disappointment. All 3 meals we had, had the coldest chicken in both burgers and bites Nothing was served fresh. The $9.90 piece of grilled chicken that supposedly was cooked to order smelt putrid like dirty oven and soaked the entire box and bag An unenjoyable taste Ordered a caramel shake and received a vanilla one after getting declined a chocolate shake. Huge waste of money

   Chicking Glen Eden has been our favourite fried chicken spot for months, and it’s all thanks to their amazing team. A special shout-out to Damini, Zia, Jeet and Anees for consistently delivering excellent customer service. Even when the website isn’t working or able to help, they always step in with a friendly attitude and go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted. Their warmth, patience and super helpful approach make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for making Chicking Glen Eden such a great place — you’re the reason we keep coming back!

   Do some of you get paid to post 5 stars? What a joke. Ordered 1x beef burger advertised as patty, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and tomato sauce but received a burger with old lettuce, patty with cheese soaked in bbq sauce? Also ordered the combos with royal crunch burger, tenders, fries and drink. The chicken fillet was soggy, tenders were cold and dry, fries were cold and stale. First and last time ordering here - ate the chicken burger and got a sore stomach. Threw everything else away. It totalled $49 and arrived 45min late. Don’t spend your money here! Zero rating.    I had a great experience overall. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. The service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again. Shakes are amazing so as the customer service

   Staff are great doing their best have to respect that, but at the same time you could go literally anywhere else including k chicken across the road which is also not that good but you know you got options here so I wouldn't bother personally. Again have to say staff are awesome friendly and will sort any issues but it's not their fault the food is bad it's the cost-cutting corporate management causing issues as usual.

   The store has been promoting the Peri Peri double toasties on the menu but every time I order, they have them out of stock. When I asked the cashier today, they confirmed that it had been off the menu for the past 6 months. Why not update your menus then?

   One of the craziest place to be! Purchased a meal and turns out the chicken was uncooked (pink) and then got one piece replaced. Later on saw every single piece was uncooked. Asked for a refund and they said they need to talk to the head office and will get back to me next day. Waited all day next week and no response, called the store and spoke to a different manager and they said they'll call me in 10 mins but waited 2 hours. Rocked up to the store and they said they will only refund partial amount, which is fine but they wont refund for a wrap we gave back as well and the spicy bites. The Manager said thats how their chickens are cooked! Um no its not, i have tried chicking in Takanini and all their chicken pieces are well cooked on multiple occasions.
