Only one person working during a busy time, wait was an hour. The chips were burnt, soggy, too much salt, inedible. The burger was slosh and the potato fritters were cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. Unfortunately with new owners, I would not recommend to anyone.
What used to be Sams kitchen is now no longer. New owners, same menu , lower quality food. Garlic chips was the go to when going to Sam’s kitchen and when the new owners came along and I got a garlic chips it wasn’t even close to how it used to be done. It was dry, barely any garlic butter, and the portion size was minimal. Sad to see Sams kitchen quality food be replaced by mediocre food.
New owners. Not very good with understanding English and forgot part of my order. Chicken is different but still tasty. Potatoes aren’t as tasty with dry coating. Don’t have popcorn chicken anymore.

I always go here, and it has very nice food, chickens and chips always cooked fresh. The stuff there is amazing, the shop is very nice and clean.
I use to like coming here but I cam around August last year and it had gone downhill the chips are dry and hard now. I've just been back again today to give them one last try and to ask if they are indeed under new management which they are and have been for 6 months. They also give only a small amount of chips for the money the last owners gave more. I will not return.
I normally come here quite often,normally there great! However tonight i came in ordered one small pork roast and one pork roll. It took there 30 - 40 minutes to assemble it. There stuff is already pre cooked it should have taken 15- 20 mins max. I am highly disappointed and annoyed.
