   Cheapest butter chicken & rice I’ve come across thus far & definitely the tastiest! The butter chicken is so rich and delicious, cheesy garlic naan is immaculate! My meal was so flavourful! For sure my go-to place for butter chicken and naan breads!! May I add that my meal was cooked fresh and stayed hot for a while. So good! The couple are so sweet too ☺️

   Have ordered here a few times in the past couple of months and while the flavour has been good, the quantity of chicken in the meal seems to have gone down each time. And I've just gone to order tonight to see that the prices have gone up by $3 a dish! Maybe if the amount of meat was the same, but not worth $22.50 for so little filling, sorry.

   This place is probably the best Indian food in the area (and maybe even a contender for best in Auckland). Generous portions, always hot and fresh with lots of flavour. Highly recommend getting a cheesy garlic naan to accompany your curry. Yum!

   If you’re the owner and you don’t work in the store then you lack some of the information. But there’s the problem with your staff that they don’t listen carefully enough. All they were doing is screaming on us. So you missed the whole point, the last time when chef said order medium to hot after making us taste, we said okay. Then yesterday we order medium to hot yet it was very very mild and then the chef said bad things to us that we don’t know our taste when he was not ready to accept that his consistency of spice level differs. Another thing, your staff who was talking over call said “do not ever come and order” so they never really accepted their mistake and when you pay for something, you deserve a good quality in return. The only problem is your staff lacks in listening to customers. They should learn to take a feedback positively. Every time we visit, we give them a smile and greet them but when it’s about a review, they tend to get negative so if customers are paying, they expect good customer service and good quality food too unlike screaming and shouting and not listening to the customers. And we ourselves work in customer service area since 5 years so we do have an experience and the basic learning is to at least listen to what customer has to say without interrupting for a second. We have the phone recording of how you were just not letting us speak and were screaming on us. More importantly, always giving false spice level indication and not accepting the mistake later.

   All the staff doesn’t know how to LISTEN to the customer. They just think they are right. The cook doesn’t know how to cook. When I ordered hot food in past, it was very very mild. And then, I asked them to make spicy. The cook made real spicy that I couldn’t even eat. Then I said, please make hot but not too much that I cannot eat and then the chef made me taste and he said, just order medium to hot, I said okay all good. Next time, when I ordered medium to hot, it was mild again. We tried to talk, the whole staff was shouting and the chef was just not ready to listen to us. They can’t keep the consistent taste. Sometimes they say order medium to hot yet they just make mild food, then they order hot food yet they make mild. The customer service is very poor and the consistency in the taste is very poor too. They don’t have any respect towards the customers and they all lack in customer service and provide mis-information towards the taste of food.
