   I found Dairy Flat BK permanently closed on 01/11/2025? Lease expired, apparently. Now BK is not on my route home anymore :(

   I had an excellent experience at Burger King today! The customer service was outstanding Arshdeep was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They made sure my order was accurate, served fresh, and even checked in to see if everything was okay. It’s rare to see such genuine care and professionalism, and it really made my visit special. Thanks to Arshdeep for making the experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   We stopped in for a quick bite and was genuinely impressed. The staff were friendly, efficient, and got our order out quickly even though it was busy. The burgers were hot, fresh, and perfectly made, and the chips were nicely salted. The restaurant appeared to be clean and tidy and well maintained. There was plenty of seating available for the whole family. Definitely one of the better BKs I’ve been to in New Zealand. It was such a welcome relief to relax and recharge the car before the final stretch home. Highly recommend this spot if you're passing through!

   I was served by a very nice youth who was clearly new to the job. He was shouted at very rudely by the lady in charge who merely scolded him and made no effort to kindly show him how to do things correctly. They were not busy, so there was no need for her rude, poor, and autocratic behaviour. Staff training and good customer service are so important. Yelling achieves nothing. My fries were cold, so I don't think they are making food fresh to order. Very, very disappointing. Next time will try Wild Bean in the same building. More pleasant.

   It seems Burger King Dairy Flat doesn't care about its customers as its poor reviews 3 months ago haven't improved. I was no exception last Friday evening 12 May 2023. Very poor customer service from an untrained youth serving and cold food received. I am never returning and what's more, l will tell everybody about your poor performance. Never take your customers for granted Burger King. You never know who you're serving.

   Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had at a burger King anywhere! Staff don't care and don't listen. Waves the eftpos machine in your face and walks off. 15 minutes later returns with my 2 burgers. Had to remove his airpods to hear me asking 6 times for a receipt.
