   The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They helped us when we picked up the car in Wellington sort everything out and when we left it in Queenstown it was so quick and easy with shuttles on both sides helping get us to the airport. Such smooth and easy experience! Car was in great condition and we did a driving holiday so this was essential.

   Drove the entire length of North Island with no problems. Car pickup and return are outside the main airports but that is not a problem as a free shuttle bus is provided. I hired a brand and model similar to what I drive in the northern hemisphere.. Big mistake as the indicator and windscreen wiper controls are reversed in the southern hemisphere.. Took me ages to get used to that. Would have been better ordering a completely different car. brand. Horn toots when locking and unlocking the doors. Great for finding car when you are not quite sure where you parked but becomes annoying after a while. Can highly recommend this company. which was recommend to me by my daughter.

   My experience with Omega was excellent. I had an after hours pick up at the airport and everything went smoothly with clear instructions. The car was clean and a pleasure to drive, The drop off at the depot was also quick and smooth with a complimentary shuttle to the airport terminal, All information was provided transparently prior to the hire and no unexpected costs. This is the third time I have used Omega and highly recommended for more competitive rates and great service.

   Rented a cute white Toyota for our 6-day travel from Wellington to Auckland. The entire process from collection (after hours) to drop-off was fuss-free and seamless, with the staff maintaining good communication over email. The car was in good condition and overall the rental was value for money. Would recommend this for sure!

   Always customer friendly, efficient. Cars are always clean, well-serviced and far more affordable for the equivalent car with other companies. I am often picking up and dropping off outside of office hours and this is simple to do with clear instructions. I wouldn't go with anyone else and just they would expand to more locations :)

   Rented in July 23 for 10 days. Searched many rental cars and Omega were the cheapest and they provided a clean reliable car. Their website is much better than most because they make the insurance options clearer and state that upfront rather than revealing that cost down the track.

   My Self Drive Tour from Wellington Airport to Wairarapa was originally going to be 1 day. When I booked overnight accommodation in Martinborough, extending my hire period with Omega Rental Cars was easy. When I arrived at the depot to inspect the car, I was happy to discover that they had upgraded me to a Premium SUV, the Toyota Rav4 AWD. The car was very well presented. The cargo space in the Toyota Rav4 AWD is cavernous with the rear seats folded down. I was able to fit my 29 inch frame mountain bike, 52cm Samsonite suitcase, 16L Macpac backpack, Hiking poles and still had plenty of room for shopping en route. Excellent customer service. Everything was made easy.
