Rented a car from Wellington airport for 9 days. Car was in great condition when picked up, clean and tidy, staff were helpful, was collected by shuttle bus from wgtn airport taken to hire centre to collect car. ps. Hire another car 2 yrs prior from mt wgtn auckland. Same great service and recommend their company to rent your next car from when in NZ.
From the airport pick up to the depot everything went smoothly without any hassle. We were greeted by a very polite gentleman who kept us informed of the traffic around the area. The car was tidy and clean and the price was right. Customer service was top notch and bargain rentals was flexible with our booking which was really great. Great car rental place. Very affordable, location is only couple mins to the airport. Shuttle service and communication was spot on. We had a great vehicle for 10 days. I would defs use this car rental agency again.
