We were encouraged to select a different car to the one we booked. Big mistake. What a noisy hybrid. The staff member who was asked to show us the car and explain wouldn't move from behind the desk. The same person was on when we returned the car. Again his attitude was poor. Just outright sloppy. First and last time we use them. Really disappointing service.
Have used Ezi car numerous times now. The vehicles are always good quality. The pick up and return process is easy. The bond isn't excessive like other companies. Pricing is competitive.

EZI Car Rentals - recently traveled to Wellington and booked a rental with EZI, what a pleasant experience. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions. I got an upgrade, and was impressed with the hybrid I was given. (Never driven one before) The name of the company says it all for me EZI. It was easy transaction of booking, uplifting and drop off of rental. Pricing was competitive and would highly recommend this company for car rentals.

Second time using Ezi Car Rentals, good price, quick paperwork and car was very clean and latest model. At Wellington Airport the kiosk is inside the terminal with the other major car hire companies (no shuttle bus required). Highly recommended and will use again.
