   Fantastic service from the Wellington team; I've often used Omega at short notice for a weekend or single day hires. The prices are reasonable and nothing seems to be a problem, the paperwork is straight forward and any questions you ask will be answered in a friendly and professional way.

   Probably the easiest rental car operator in Wellington. Best to ring ahead though . You can sort things out over the phone. The car that we took was a little Toyota Yaris which was really economical . Usual terms and conditions always check though to make sure they fit what you’re after . Service was great and fun like it should be . You can Hire using the website and select Wellington Central I think that’s the one . We didn’t bother we just use the phone and got it all sorted that way old school . You can get a bus from Wellington station and you get off at the bus stop just before the Overbridge Johnsonville line bus drivers will know it . And then when you drop off Pop over the road to the bus stop and head back into the city easy as great spot.

   We returned our car here after picking up from Auckland. We had the car for just over two weeks when we got back it was super quick and easy to process the return we paid for full insurance, which is probably why they had a quick look around the car we didn’t even have to sign anything Super easy and efficient. Our personal experience was we had no issues.

   My experience was nothing but positive. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and fast, the staff were friendly and we even got upgraded and got a better car than we had booked. The price for the rental was also reasonable. I can definitely recommend Omega Rental Cars to others.

   All I can say is wow. Bloody awesome service from the 0800 number to the pick up service. Price is excellent compared to hertz,thrifty, Europecar and at least 1/3 the price we got the car at for,no hidden cost what it says on the site is what we paid. Nice and easy web site to order/ book on to as well.Will be hiring again from them again. Cheers Graham.

   We rented a car from Omega in Wellington to drive the north island of New Zealand. We had the car for 7 days with drop-off in Auckland. Omega was very accommodating. We had scheduled our pick-up at Wellington Airport but realized at the last minute that we were much closer to their in-town office. We called (they actually picked up the phone) and quickly switched our pick-up location. The pick-up process was simple. The office manager explained everything clearly and there were no "hidden extras". The car was basic but fine and at an excellent rate. The drop-off process was equally smooth and easy. I can recommend Omega for your auto rentals in New Zealand.
