   This was the first time trying this place it was pretty crap. I appreciate it was a Friday night but the milkshakes we ordered tasted very bland and flavourless. We both didn’t finish ours due to the taste of it. The burger was okay and only warm. The curly fries were the highlight and still needed some basic salt on it. With I took photos of it all but we won’t be coming back here and was a waste of $40 for one meal and 2 milkshakes.

   More than a week ago, I placed an order through the app from this store. At the time, the order was incomplete, and one item was not delivered at all. I had to call the store to address the issue, but they didn’t resolve it. I also sent a message to Burgers Wisconsin explaining the situation and requesting a refund for the missing item. Over a week has passed, and I still haven’t received a response or a refund. This has been a complete waste of time and money. I will not be ordering from Burgers Wisconsin again. Terrible customer service and overall experience.

   We were three, two wanted burgers and one just a milkshake. We asked delivery through their App and they failed to send the milkshake. I call them immediately and the girl at the phone just said she can give me a free milkshake next time. She never offered any action to solve the current situation, she said the best she can do was to ask us to pick up a new milkshake(?!) I asked for a refund and she has no idea how to do it either, she needed to talk with her manager and asked me for my phone number. Suddenly, she stopper hearing me and asked me the phone number like 5 times and then asked for my email because she wasn’t sure how the manager will contact me. Giving her the email was such a challenge! I ended up being really mad about the whole situation, one of us without the milkshake and me having an awful experience through the phone because the girl has no idea what to do. I still don’t know how I’ll get my money back, the girl didn’t even asked me for the order number!! Such a terrible experience.

   The burgers are amazing it was delicious and very good also the delivery guy was so quick and very friendly when he arrived. The burgers are huge and I would recommend the big island burger.

   $6.50 for the few curly fries we got is poor value! Staff were ambivalent and I have no comment re atmosphere as we picked up our order

   This is my local burger spot which I have been going to for nearly 10 years. I can’t fault the burgers which are usually delicious, however it is on the pricey side of things. The staff here may be young, but they are friendly and very skilled. Love going in to pick up my food as there is always music going which makes for a fantastic atmosphere. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for my weekend takeaway!!

   We went to burger Wisconsin in wadestown. Don’t bother. The service was average. But more importantly the food was terrible, the chips were burnt and the burger had nothing but a patty. We tried to contact the store to say we weren’t happy but they didn’t bother replying. If your in the area the fish an chip shop next door do better Burgers I would recommend to go there

   Beef & Cheese burger was tasty as you would expect. Very disappointed with the small quantity and sogginess of the fries (both normal and sweet potato) particularly given the price. Can't recommend as you have to nail the fries if you're a gourmet burger spot.
