Yummy sushi - consistently have tuna and unagi as well as the standard salmon sushi. Competitively priced too.
Very tasty sushi and love the decoration and atmosphere
The sushi looks amazing and they have some experimental choices, but there is too much rice on each piece and the rice doesn't taste like sushi rice.
Over the past 4 years their staple chicken katsu has gone from $7 a good deal to $11 with a large size added for $13. So... Over 20% inflation, now one of the more expensive places, and the quality has gone down a little too. The sushi is good tho.
Attention to detail, top quality rice that keeps shape perfectly, each piece with its own delicate flavour profile, a great range of popular and more unusual sushi - yes, it's gourmet, but I'd rather have this and pay a fraction more than the boatload of undistinguished bland stuff you get elsewhere. Of all the Wellington sushi places I rate this top, together with Yoshi.
The best sushi in town. Always fresh, great variety, friendly and helpful staff, also does smoothies and dumplings amongst other great stuff. Simply fantastic.
