   I had a really disappointing experience at Canopy Imaging in Albany (Greville). It was my first pregnancy scan, and the sonographer was very unfriendly and barely spoke during the whole appointment. She seemed in a rush and just wanted to finish as quickly as possible, which made the experience feel very cold and uncomfortable. I’ll definitely go back to Horizon instead — they’re much friendlier, caring, and make you feel comfortable and valued.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with Canopy Managing! The reception team was super helpful and informative, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We went in for a scan and were kept well-informed throughout. The equipment is top-notch, and the sitting area is modern, clean, and really well set up. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming—such positive vibes! A special mention to Libby, the radiologist who did my wife’s scan. She was amazing—super helpful, with a big smile, and really informative throughout the process. She explained everything in detail, which made the whole experience even better. Also, really impressed with the latest technology and machinery they use. Plenty of parking too, which made things even easier. Overall, an awesome experience—highly recommend!

   My esperience yesterday was really amazing. It was my first time there but the team was super nice and very professional during and after the procedure and they were trying to help in every possible way.    I read some of the other reviews for this imaging place before I attended it today and was abit nervous but had the complete opposite experience. Got a park no problem, then the receptionist was super friendly and incredibly patient with everyone she dealth with and the radiologist was awesome too making me feel calm and relaxed the entire time.

   Terrible place to park & get into! I would never choose to come to this Northcross practice due to the DANGEROUS access & traffic around the Northcross intersection. The parking is limited, without enough sheltered parking spaces (probably taken up by staff). They seemed nice & professional, but due to the rushed appts, they were unable to see me once I parked & eventually gained access to the building (kept locked like Fort Knox due to COVID protocols). My suggestion is to choose a service that's safe to access & park!!

   This morning I had a very unpleasant experience at TRG Imaging Northcross with the lady at the reception that was actually not a Receptionist. She was rude with me, made a strange misunderstanding about the payment/insurance and at the end, obviously frustrated, she left the desk saying that she is not a receptionist to do this things. The sonographer was nice,and tried to explain that her boss is under stress,but that is not an excuse for someone to be rude with a patient. After the check up, I was told by the sonographer that all is solved regarding the payment but this lady approached me again questioning how did I entered the ordination when the doors are not opening before 8am? I told her that a person went in before me,and I entered after her, and she asked if I was "following" this person? The approach was very rude and this lady should definitely change her attitude or just avoid being in contact with patients. And if they can't organize the appointment at 8am sharp, they should not schedule it at all.
