   Very poor service attached to a very expensive bill. The doctor didn't listen and prescribed an ineffective medicine. Management then inflated the bill and are using baycorp to try and extort the money from me. Stay away, if you value your health.

   I have recently moved to the area and have never had a doctor’s clinic like this! I called up on the day to see if I could get an appointment with a doctor. Unfortunately there were no doctors available but I was able to see the nurses. Everyone was so accomodating and lovely. I am beyond impressed with how above and beyond the team were and how a doctor came to see me in between his other booked patients for a quick chat about my concerns! Thank you ☺️

   Waiting list to get an appointment is always over a week. Won't see patients with a cough in person unless you book way in advance. Even though government has dropped all COVID restrictions. Told to go to ED or Urgent Care as it isn't their problem. Talk about a failure to provide holistic care. We will be moving to a new practice.

   Excellent care from my GP Andrew Chambers and the receptionists are efficient and friendly as are the nurses. Usually run on time seldom have a long wait. Test results very prompt. Totally happy and would not change voluntarily
